What does the $99 actually cover?

The trip, a hands-on diagnosis of the machine and a written flat quote for the fix. If you approve the repair, the $99 is credited against it — you don’t pay it twice. If you decline, $99 is the entire bill.

Do you charge extra to come out to Kiawah or Seabrook?

No. The diagnostic is $99 everywhere we serve, from Wadmalaw to West Ashley. We’re based on Johns Island, so the islands are the short trip, not the long one.

How fast can you get here?

Same-week windows are the norm across the Sea Islands, and a morning call often lands a same-day or next-day slot. A refrigerator that’s stopped cooling in summer goes to the front of the line.

Which brands do you work on?

All the major residential brands — Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, Maytag, Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Bosch and the rest. If it’s a make we’d rather not touch, we’ll say so on the phone.
