The details

Washer repairs, opened up.

Washers are the machine most likely to fail on a schedule — Tuesday laundry day, a guest house turnover, a rental changeover on Kiawah with the next family arriving at four. The fault list is short: drainage, sealing, drive, suspension, controls. We work it in that order with a meter and a flashlight, not a guess from the symptom, and the written number that comes out of it already has the $99 folded in.

The lower Lowcountry adds two twists. Island well and municipal water leaves mineral scale in inlet valve screens, so slow fills are common in Wadmalaw and the older parts of Johns Island. And the stacked pairs in Seabrook villas and downtown condos take a small toll on suspension over the years — a shaking front-loader on the second floor is a suspension job, not a reason to replace the machine.

Front-load, top-load, high-efficiency, stacked — the truck carries pumps, lock assemblies, belts, couplings, valves and boots for the common models. Completed washer repairs start from $215, $99 diagnostic included.

Completed washer repairs: from $215. The $99 diagnostic is credited into any repair you approve — decline, and $99 is the whole bill.
How it goes

From "it's making a noise" to fixed.

Step 1

Call or book online

Tell us the machine and the symptom. Same-week windows across the Sea Islands, often sooner.

Step 2

Diagnose & quote

The tech confirms the fault and writes one flat number. Approve it and the $99 becomes a credit.

Step 3

Repair on the spot

The truck is stocked for the common faults, so most jobs finish the same visit. If a second visit is needed, there’s no second trip fee.

Step 4

Test & warranty

Full cycle run, area tidied, written warranty in your hand.

Asked often

Straight answers before you book.

Wondering what your washer repair will run?

Describe the symptom and we’ll give you a realistic starting price over the phone — before anyone drives anywhere.

📞 Call (843) 969-4415
The washer is full of water. Can you still work on it?

Yes. We drain it on arrival — it’s the first step of the diagnosis. Don’t bail it into the floor drain or the yard; the pump filter usually holds the answer and we want to see what’s in it.

Is a leaking front-loader worth fixing?

Almost always. The door boot is the usual culprit and it’s a routine, warrantied part. A leak from the tub seal or bearing is a bigger job, and if the machine is old enough that it doesn’t make sense, we’ll say so at the $99 diagnostic and you can stop there.

Do you service the washer in a Kiawah or Seabrook rental?

Regularly. Give the gate our name and the property address, and tell us the check-in time — we schedule turnovers so the machine is running before the next guests arrive.

Why is my washer filling so slowly?

On the islands it’s usually mineral scale in the inlet valve screens. Cleaning them is part of the visit; if the valve itself has failed, the repair stays near the starting price.
