Over the Limehouse Bridge on Main Road, or up Highway 17 — about twenty minutes to Bees Ferry and Glenn McConnell, thirty to Avondale and the Ashley River Road corridor. The largest area we cover, and the same $99 diagnostic as on the islands.
Every category below is repaired in West Ashley at the same prices as on Johns Island. Tap one for symptoms and fixes.
West Ashley is where the Sea Islands’ price card meets a much bigger housing mix: the newer subdivisions off Bees Ferry Road and Glenn McConnell Parkway, the mid-century neighborhoods around Sam Rittenberg and Ashley River Road, the renovated bungalows of Avondale and Byrnes Downs, the townhomes at Carolina Bay. We route West Ashley in blocks — the Bees Ferry side and the Savannah Highway side — so a call from either usually lands a same-week window.
The variety is the point. The newer builds fail on electronics — boards, sensors, door locks — while the established neighborhoods run durable machines with mechanical faults: belts, pumps, elements, sockets. Municipal water is easier on valves than the island wells, so the West Ashley list leans toward dryers, washers and the summer refrigerator rush rather than scale. The truck carries both halves.
| Appliance | What West Ashley calls us about most |
|---|---|
| Dryers | Vent runs in two-story subdivisions off Bees Ferry and Glenn McConnell |
| Washers | Drain pumps and lock assemblies in newer front-loaders |
| Refrigerators | Summer cooling failures across the whole area |
| Ranges | Gas igniters in renovated Avondale kitchens |
| Dishwashers | Pump and drain faults in Carolina Bay and Shadowmoss townhomes |

📞 Call (843) 969-4415Yes — all of it, from the Limehouse Bridge to Sam Rittenberg and up Ashley River Road. It’s twenty to thirty minutes from the shop, and the $99 diagnostic doesn’t change.
Usually within the week, often sooner — that side of West Ashley is the closest to Johns Island and we route it with the island stops. Cooling failures move to the front.
Yes. The Savannah Highway side is a little further, about thirty minutes, and it’s on the route regularly.
