Getting through the gate

Kiawah runs on access, and we’ve made it routine. When you book, we ask for the property address and whether you’re the owner, a guest, or a rental manager; you call the pass in or add us to your guest list, and the technician has ID and the truck marked. For rental properties we work directly with managers and turnover crews, and we schedule the visit so the machine is running before the next family checks in at four.

What Kiawah kitchens and laundry rooms actually need

The island’s homes and villas run high-end machines — panel-front dishwashers, French-door and built-in refrigerators, stacked laundry pairs in closets, double wall ovens. They also run hard: a rental washer does more loads in a summer than a family machine does in three years, and the salt air is unkind to igniters and electronics.
